Member Assist – Cart Attendant

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr.

Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, assist with purchases, and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Help members load their vehicles and provide a great member experience.
• Work on your feet, rain or shine, sleet or snow.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Ensure club pick up orders are fulfilled, communicate delays or unavailability, offer alternatives, package appropriately, and resolve member issues.
• Maintain safety by conducting sweeps, following merchandise handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, use cash registers, organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and assist with transporting items.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain ethical standards.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks.

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
