About the Position
Adelphi is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Non Clinical Case Manager supporting the Maine Army National Guard at Camp Keyes in Augusta, Maine. This is an on site role focused on medical readiness and case coordination. The ideal candidate will manage non clinical case management activities to support Individual Medical Readiness, and will coordinate care, track profiles, and support Medical Evaluation Board and Physical Evaluation Board processes.

Requirements :

• Active, unrestricted RN license.

• Minimum of 2 years of case management experience and at least 3 years of clinical experience

• A Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification is preferred but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage open medical readiness cases and referrals.

• Track temporary and permanent profiles.

• Support MEB and PEB coordination

• Review and update medical readiness data systems.

• Coordinate with military providers and leadership.

• Ensure compliance with Army and DoD policies.
