The Role: Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)
The Opportunity:
Join our Float Pool Team as an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) and work across various nursing units. We are looking for passionate individuals committed to service excellence.
This is a 36-hour/week position, with three 12-hour night shifts (6:45pm - 7:15am), including weekend and holiday rotations. The role offers competitive float pool differentials.
The Work:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes, monitor patient conditions, and communicate effectively.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including patient transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
- Assess and educate patients and families tailored to their age, culture, and circumstances.
- Delegate tasks to ancillary staff and mentor students and new hires.
You Have:
- Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain one promptly.
