** Days 7:30-4:00 M-F (weekend rotation as needed)
** What You'll Do:
*** Greets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls. Calls codes, pages, and overhead announcements as requested.
* Performs responsibilities of certification or licensure. Takes responsibility for, or provides guidance to team members on, the handling of complex or novel issues.
* Assists with processing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Assembles and maintains patient records and charts.
* Performs needed clerical tasks, including copying, faxing, filing, and ordering/obtaining supplies.

*** An active Maine CNA certification is required
* Valid Maine driver's license required
* Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
