Partner with the bestAs a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of non‑destructive testing systems to customers in key segments including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Electronics.
- Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within assigned geographical area.
- Developing a pipeline by having a clear understanding of sales processes and stages.
- Forecasting of system and service sales to the region director including weekly deal and pipeline reviews.
- Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business.
- Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, developing new opportunities and managing customer relationships.
- Working with Application Engineers to qualify the opportunity, developing deal strategies and becoming the technical solution of choice for the customer.
- Driving deals to closure including quoting, negotiation and OTR (Order to Remittance) handoff.
To be successful in this role you μον
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or Baba orado high school diploma or equivalent. STEM discipline preferred.
- Have a minimum of 3+ additional years of experience in sales.
- Be able to travel 50%-70% of the time.
- Possess experience in key strategic segments:
Avionics, Electronics, Space and Defense, and Automotive/Electric Vehicles (Preferred). - Have up to 5 years of experience in Non‑Destructive Testing (Preferred).
- Possess Capital Sales Experience with Deal Values greater than $750,000 USD (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $91,910.00 - $2,76,550.00. Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes' good faith Ame est of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position.
