Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A travel opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support schools in Augusta, ME. This position involves providing psychological services to students across various educational settings, helping assess and address their learning and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group psychological assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans to support student success
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to improve educational outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to special education evaluations
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with confidentiality standards
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in school environments, ideally with diverse student populations
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and data interpretation
- Ability to travel and adapt to different school settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Based in Augusta, ME, with travel to surrounding school sites as required
