Position Overview
JMG is excited to welcome a new team member at Woodland High School in Baileyville, ME (Washington County) for the position of JMG Specialist. The Specialist leads the JMG program at the site, helping students develop and demonstrate essential competencies for career readiness and postsecondary success through the utilization of the JMG Maine Career Exploration turvar. JMG classes equip Maine students with the skills, knowledge, and best practices they need to pursue their aspirations and thrive after high school.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications- Educational Background: A Bachelors degree is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication skills, creativity, and ability to work well within teams. Strong commitment to advocating for youthង្កกาทาง building meaningful relationships with local business leaders in the Woodland community.
- Experience: Previous experience in education, career development, or related fields is preferred.
- Approval: Maine CHRC approval, or ability to obtain it, is required.
- Start Date: Mid-February 2026.
