• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar
• Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history review
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans
• Take and develop dental imaging as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Review and update dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Ensure infection control standards are strictly followed using aseptic techniques
• Document patient interactions accurately within Dentrix
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment in accordance with OSHA standards

• Proficiency with dental software including Dentrix
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology
• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to all age groups
• Knowledge of infection control procedures, aseptic techniques, and sterilization protocols
• Ability to accurately review documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
• Effective communication skills for patient education and team collaboration

• Valid Maine RDH License
• Radiology License
• BLS Certification (or be obtained within 60 days of hire date)

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
