The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $65,840 to $82,300
.
Supports in the technical, analytical and statistical duties relating to forecasting, cost of service studies, rate development and regulatory areas of the company including managing service contracts with customers. Provides analysis and advice on program, contract, and pricing issues. Oversees administration of targeted programs and individual contracts with customers and maintains regulatory compliance. Employs various financial and customer service systems to collect and analyze data for use in major Company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Acts as technical resource for Company’s price and rate schedules, revenue forecasting, and cost of service studies. (10%, S)
- Oversees the administration of existing and new targeted programs for Commercial and Industrial customers which includes regulatory filings, and coordination of critical dates and compliance of contracts. (35%, P)
- Liaisons with customer billing teams and key account managers to ensure new contracts and programs are understood and billed correctly. (20%, S)
- Employs various financial and customer service systems to collect and analyze data for use in Company rate proceedings. (35%, P)
- Education & Experience
Required:- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Associate’s degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
- Expert in Company's prices and rate schedules.
- Proficiency in customer mainframe system and personal computer software especially CSS, Excel, Word, and database systems such as Access, Brio Query and Avenue.
- Knowledge of rate making principles and approaches.
- Knowledge of accounting, finance or economics
