Physical Therapy By Phoenix is seeking an outpatient Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist who is engaging, approachable, and clinically driven, with the ability to lead and support a clinic team. This role combines direct patient care with day-to-day clinic management, focusing on exceptional clinical quality, operational efficiency, team development, and a positive patient experience.

Compensation

$75,000 – $85,000

Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Current and active state physical therapy license
  • Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
  • Previous leadership or management experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical agents as appropriate
  • Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to maximize outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and recovery expectations
  • Provide leadership and oversight of daily clinic operations including scheduling, workflow, and patient flow
  • Support, train, and mentor clinic staff to promote professional growth and consistent clinical standards
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet clinic performance, quality, and patient satisfaction goals
  • Address patient concerns and maintain a positive, professional clinic environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best clinical practices
  • Discharge patients when goals are met and provide recommendations or referrals as needed
