Physical Therapy By Phoenix is seeking an outpatient Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist who is engaging, approachable, and clinically driven, with the ability to lead and support a clinic team. This role combines direct patient care with day-to-day clinic management, focusing on exceptional clinical quality, operational efficiency, team development, and a positive patient experience.
Compensation$75,000 – $85,000
Qualifications- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
- Current and active state physical therapy license
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Previous leadership or management experience is a plus, but not required
- Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical agents as appropriate
- Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and recovery expectations
- Provide leadership and oversight of daily clinic operations including scheduling, workflow, and patient flow
- Support, train, and mentor clinic staff to promote professional growth and consistent clinical standards
- Collaborate with leadership to meet clinic performance, quality, and patient satisfaction goals
- Address patient concerns and maintain a positive, professional clinic environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best clinical practices
- Discharge patients when goals are met and provide recommendations or referrals as needed
- Active listening and clear communication with patients and staff
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of clinic operations, scheduling, and performance metrics
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and expectations
- Strong reading and writing skills for documentation and communication
- Professional judgment, accountability, and sound decision-making
- Service-oriented mindset focused on patient and team success
