• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Clean driving record and access to a personal vehicle; travel within area 25‑50% of the day
• Valid forklift operator’s license, certified
• Technical aptitude: using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and entering orders into a WMS system
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; also up to 35 lbs for certain tasks
• Ability to stand for long periods, work indoors and outdoors, and work on various work shifts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Team player in diverse work environment; build professional relationships at all levels
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, and good attendance record
• Initiative and self‑direction
• High accuracy under pressure
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, staging products and loading/unloading trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour of production
• Perform other duties as assigned
