Routing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Routing Analyst to join our team in Augusta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining routing processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation and delivery operations.

• Analyze current routing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement optimized routing plans to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with logistics, transportation, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of routing strategies.
• Monitor routing performance metrics and generate regular reports to track effectiveness.
• Utilize routing software and tools to model and simulate routing scenarios.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to routing and transportation management.
• Assist in troubleshooting routing issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to transportation and routing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in routing analysis, transportation planning, or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with routing software and tools (e.g., GIS, TMS, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
