Senior Software Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in building the core backend services for our centralized AI platform. This role will focus on implementing backend APIs and services that power our agentic framework, helping teams across the company securely deploy and use AI agents through unified interfaces. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, eagerness to learn, and interest in working with cutting-edge AI technologies.
Responsibilities- Implement and maintain RESTful API endpoints for the AI platform
- Build backend services in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) to support agent lifecycle management and monitoring
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and optimize data access layers and schemas for AI agent operations
- Assist in developing authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant features under guidance
- Contribute to asynchronous processing systems for long-running AI agent workflows
- Write clean, maintainable code and automated tests to ensure reliability
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge sharing
- Stay current with modern Python frameworks and AI/agentic development practices
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 24 years of backend development experience, ideally with Python
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with one or more Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django REST Framework, Flask)
- Basic experience with relational databases (Postgre
SQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (SQL Alchemy, Django ORM) - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing
- Interest in AI/agentic frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, CrewAI, Auto Gen) and willingness to learn
