FullTime Maintenance Technician

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday–Saturday (some on-call or weekend availability may be required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. This role is responsible for performing general property maintenance and repairs to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with basic electrical work, plumbing repairs, and general building upkeep.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues (outlets, switches, lighting, etc.)
• Perform plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
• Handle basic carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks as needed
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance records
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Experience in general maintenance, facilities, or property management preferred
• Knowledge of minor electrical and plumbing repairs required
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
