• Base - $18-$20/hr based on experience.

Highly skilled Lead Installation Technician who demonstrates advanced expertise in HVAC installation and system startup, with a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership.

• Lead installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
• Coach and develop installers on proper procedures
• Completion of at least 80% of jobs without missing materials
• Proficient in Service Titan documentation and on-site payment collection
• Execute clean, code‑compliant low and high voltage wiring
• Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
• Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
• Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results
