Mechanical and Plumbing Superintendent

This position supports project execution through technical leadership, coordination, and supervision of mechanical and plumbing systems while upholding safety, quality, and professionalism standards.

• Communicate mission, vision, and core values
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and applicable codes
• Promote preventive maintenance and safe use of tools, materials, and hazardous substances
• Perform trade-related math and use computers, tablets, and smartphones
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings; layout piping and equipment
• Plan and manage schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics
• Set project priorities, goals, and milestones
• Coordinate shop drawing reviews, system flushing, and equipment startup
• Attend progress meetings and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Foster accountability, professionalism, and respectful conflict resolution
• Work with welded, threaded, grooved, soldered, and brazed piping systems
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and job site requirements

• Ability to travel as needed
• Journeyman or Master license preferred, not required
• Technical school training or equivalent experience
• Adaptable, coachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work effectively with other trades, subcontractors, and management
• Successful completion of a criminal background check

• Ability to sit, stand, squat, crawl, and work for extended periods
• Navigate uneven terrain, stairs, lifts, and ditches
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Use hands for tools and small parts
• Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
