HVAC experience HIGHLY preferred! Are you passionate about problem‑solving and fulfilling work? Augusta Rental Homes seeks to recruit a skilled and diligent Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. This individual will be in charge of maintenance and turnovers at a portfolio of apartment communities in Richmond County or Columbia County, GA area. Our objective is to guarantee a secure and pleasant living environment for residents, guests, and employees.

We are on the lookout for another exceptional team member. This is a full‑time position with eligibility for gas reimbursements, health/dental/vision coverage, and 401(k) plan participation.

• Inspect and coordinate all needed rent‑ready repairs and services as required to meet deadlines
• Diagnose and perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, appliances, doors and locks, and fixtures
• Correct any unsafe conditions and keep up the professional vision for all of our communities!
• Support the Augusta Rental Homes team to provide a superior resident service experience!
• Maintain a clean and professional property at all times

• Strong focus on resident satisfaction and retention
• Knowledge and experience with HVAC service and repair
• Must pass the Augusta Rental Homes Maintenance Competency Test
• State driver’s license and a working vehicle with proof of insurance
• Strong desire to accomplish goals and work with a team
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug test

$23 - $28 hourly
