• Travel to appointments and meet with customers to assess pest problems in and around their homes and workplaces.
• Execute specialized treatment plans and recommend corrective actions to prevent future issues.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers through honesty, empathy, and outstanding customer service.
• Safely move around customer locations, including ascending/descending stairs and ladders, and positioning around furniture and equipment.
• Work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions.
• Use computers, smartphones, and other devices for data entry and reporting.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely move items and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Solid attention to detail.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule:
  Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
