We are a growing technology company based in Marietta, GA that provides software and hardware solutions to universities, state and local government agencies, and large private sector organizations across the United States.
We are hiring a motivated B2B sales professional to own the full sales cycle and help drive company growth.
Our sales process is consultative and relationship-driven. The average sales cycle is 6–12 months. This is strategic enterprise selling, not transactional, high-pressure sales.
What You Will Do- Generate new business through prospecting, trade shows, partner referrals, and outreach
- Qualify and nurture leads through a structured consultative sales process
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Develop and manage relationships with partners, resellers, and hardware vendors
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts through closing
- Assist with RFI and RFP responses
- Contribute ideas to marketing and business development initiatives
You will manage and track activity within our CRM and maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout extended buying cycles.
What We’re Looking ForRequired:
- 3-5+ years of B2B software sales experience with documented performance results
- Strong organizational discipline and CRM proficiency
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Technically comfortable with modern software tools and business applications - Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously over long sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance prospecting, research, proposal drafting, and sales efficiency
- Enterprise software sales experience
- Experience selling to Government or Higher Education
- Familiarity with AIDC, IoT, RFID, or barcode technologies

CompensationCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
On-target total compensation: $85,000–$120,000+, depending on performance.
There is no cap on commissions for strong performers.
