You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with customers and coworkers.
This role involves providing solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.
- Demonstrate the value of ADT security and smart home solutions to customers; explain products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions.
- Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions and build relationships.
- Collaborate with customers and coworkers in a dynamic environment to deliver a great customer experience.
- Identify customer needs, adapt to competitive and customer needs, and prioritize time effectively.
- A self-motivated, tech-savvy individual with strong communication and creative skills.
- Enjoy meaningful interactions, have problem-solving abilities, and a curiosity for new technology.
- Ability to connect with people, build relationships, and exhibit empathy in various situations.
- Willingness to put in the work to achieve goals and adapt to customers’ needs.
- Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (our top performers earn $150K+!)
- Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment
