• Assist the Territory Sales Managers in the field with their existing customer base by attending visits.
• Cultivate relationships with internal customers to create synergy and support in the business.
• Research new business opportunities and sales leads driven by the market.
• Analyze the current market and offer recommendations to the business to get ahead of the competition.
• Acquire knowledge on all Textron Specialized Vehicles products as well as the competing products.
• Regularly report out to leadership on project progress.
• Learn inside and outside sales techniques.
• Complete and participate in cross‑functional assignments as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0‑2 years of experience required; previous sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be comfortable in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
