C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding customer service, and promote company products and services;
Monitor and operate Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick and pack merchandise orders, and acknowledge completion;
Complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner;
Research order shortages/overages, perform shipment check-in, and maintain stock area; process deliveries and returns at the register;
Replenish store inventory in partnership with Merchandise Associates/Assistants and participate in the annual inventory process
