The Store Room Clerk is responsible for collaborating with culinary professionals, servers, vendors, and shipping/receiving agents to ensure all products at the resort are received, requisitioned, and maintained appropriately.

• Maintain a working knowledge of how products are stored, rotated, and maintained.
• Follow the requisition system when dispensing products from the storeroom.
• Keep the storeroom organized, clean, and sanitary.
• Rotate products in coolers and freezers.
• Notify the culinary team of products nearing the "use by" date.
• Inform the Storeroom Agent of any products not meeting standards.
• Coordinate with liquor vendors to receive products and process payments according to company standards.

Frequent heavy lifting is required up to 50lbs. Must be comfortable working on a latter and lifting products.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training, or a similar combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer skills are required.

This position does not entail any supervisory responsibilities.

The Store Room Clerk must fulfill all reasonable requests from management and carry out duties efficiently in adherence to company policies and procedures. They should maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and comply with all departmental, resort, and company policies and procedures, including the Coral Hospitality Basics of Service. This role requires flexibility regarding work schedules to meet business demands as the resort operates 24/7.
