• Coordinate the ordering of products for bulk, coffee, and candy areas with the Center Store (Grocery) Manager
• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely information
• Make recommendations and accommodate requests
• Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, and reduce shrink/damage
• Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards when replenishing product levels
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through The Fresh Market’s internal training platform to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner

This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

At a minimum, what you’ll need

• 3 plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
• 1 plus years of leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years of age
