Join our team as a Retail Sales Support associate where you will help deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences, support sales plans, and contribute to a positive, high‑energy environment.

• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards.
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders, and maintaining visual appearance of the store.
• Consistently provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
