Job SummaryThe Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including inventory management and back‑of‑house operations. This role leads inventory shifts, oversees product operations, ensures the floor and BOH are stocked and organized, evaluates team performance, and provides input on hiring decisions. The Lead also acts as Supervisor on Duty and delivers a world‑class guest experience.
CoreResponsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
- Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Engage team members in inventory management by fostering a productive atmosphere.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy.
- Analyze daily business data and metrics to inform actions and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
- Address team member performance and support ongoing development with feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment through supportive relationships.
- Serve as Supervisor on Duty during store hours, delivering technical product education and a world‑class guest experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Work schedule may vary based on store needs.
- Typical shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak times or special events, schedules may include early mornings or late nights/overnights.
- Minimum one year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations.
- Food safety and/or liquor service certification for experiential stores with food/beverage service.

- May occasionally move boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) or use ladders to reach materials.
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service, may use industrial kitchen equipment and be exposed to heat during preparation.
Base Pay Range
: $21.50 – $24.74 per hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.
Target Bonus
: $2.00 per hour.
Total Target Base Pay Range
: $23.50 – $26.74 per hour.
