Oak View Group - Augusta Entertainment Complex [Restaurant Associate / Team Member] As a Food & Beverage Staff at Oak View Group, you'll:
Follow instructions for each event as given by the Director of F&B;
Service guests in a professional manner consistent with established standards and guidelines;
Check guests verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages;
Recognize guests that are visibly intoxicated and take action to cut off alcohol to such individuals;
Assist with collecting all banquet equipment;
Assist with preparing and opening and closing of concessions stands.
