Job SummaryJoin our dynamic research team at Rafael Czepielewski's lab. We invite outstanding and highly motivated individuals with a Ph.D. or M.D. degree and a strong background in mouse models, immunology, or molecular biology to explore novel functional roles of lymphatic vasculature and immune cells with us. As a team‑oriented basic research group, we aim to understand the homeostatic and pathogenic roles of lymphatic and immune responses in the context of chronic inflammation.
Our interdisciplinary team of experts uses cutting‑edge techniques to unravel the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying these interactions, with the goal of developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for these devastating diseases. Arising from these original results, our lab will further explore lymphatic molecular remodeling and its effect on IBD immunity; the formation and repercussions of TLS; and the intestinal antigen responses in disrupted gut to lymph node communication.
As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will be exposed to techniques that include but are not limited to molecular biology, cell culture, flow cytometry, whole‑mount imaging, tissue clearing, intravital imaging, histology, in‑vitro and in‑vivo assays and RNA‑sequencing.
