Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Augusta, GA is seeking a full-time Emergency Service Head Veterinarian (ERSH) who will work alongside our ER Clinicians, Specialists, and Leadership Team to ensure the highest quality medicine and services for pets and our community.

The Emergency Service Head is a clinically practicing manager of the hospital’s ER Clinician team.

As supervisor to ER Clinicians, the role is responsible for all day-to-day matters impacting direct reports including scheduling, hiring, training, mentoring, facilitating regular ER meetings, and representing the ER team as a hospital leader. The incumbent works during a variety of shifts to support the team and collaborates with the Medical Director to ensure the highest level of patient care.
