The Director PCU ensures high quality, patient‑centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the department, forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director PCU also fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

The Director PCU is responsible for overseeing the overall function and staffing of the department, forecasting, planning, and monitoring budgets, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and supporting the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures that support facility objectives.

• BLS required
• Active RN license in the state(s) of practice and/or active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
• BSN required;
  Master’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years of RN acute care nursing experience required (critical care RN experience preferred)
• 1+ year of leadership/supervisory experience required
