Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive care across all ages in a rural community setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical exams and health assessments
- Develop personalized care plans and interpret diagnostics
- Administer medications and vaccines
- Manage chronic conditions through patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems
- Participate in telehealth and clinical research initiatives
- Perform procedures such as suturing and phlebotomy (preferred)
Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, current licensure, and certification. Knowledge of medical coding and behavioral health is a plus.
LocationLocated 30 miles from Jacksonville, FL, with a cost-effective lifestyle, low crime rate, and quality schools.
Benefits and CompensationBenefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
Job is full-time, in-person, with a salary range of $110,000-$130,000 annually.
