Nurse Manager – Radiology

Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Provide leadership and management for radiology unit(s) to achieve clinical and business outcomes
• Serve as the unit’s chief retention and safety officer
• Engage staff through shared governance and relationship-based care models
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource utilization effectively
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
• Promote professional development, coaching, and mentoring of staff and leaders
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support service excellence
• Lead performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and research initiatives
• Represent the organization positively within the community and professional settings
• Uphold client policies, professional standards, and code of conduct

• Key Skills;
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage clinical, operational, financial, and human resources
• Experience with shared governance, quality improvement, and performance management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and technology for decision-making
• Ability to lead change initiatives and foster a culture of safety and excellence
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing management experience required
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
