👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to NICU patients
• Monitor and assess newborns’ conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and specialized neonatal treatments
• Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate and support families throughout the care journey
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

✅ Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
• NICU experience preferred (Level II/III experience a plus)
• BLS and NRP required (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and neonatal assessment skills
