Registered Nurse – Hospice Care | Augusta, GA

Salary Range: $64,000 - $77,000 per year

We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team and provide meaningful, end‑of‑life care to patients and families in the Augusta, GA area.

In this role, you’ll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator
. You’ll be a steady presence and a source of comfort, helping patients and their loved ones navigate one of life’s most profound journeys with dignity, grace, and support.

• Provide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.
• Collaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.
• Uphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support the emotional and physical well‑being of patients and their loved ones.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care.

• Completion of an accredited RN program.
• Active Georgia RN license.
