Base Rate: $39.50 per hour

• Under the general direction of the Lead Nurse, deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Guide patient teaching, nursing activities, and ancillary personnel.
• Promote a customer‑friendly environment and provide superior service to youth, facility staff, family, and outside vendors.

• Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a clinical setting.
• Good organizational and decision‑making skills; good physical and mental health; ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to relate well to patients, security staff, visitors, and co‑workers.
• Functions within the Georgia Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act.
• Current Health Care Provider BCLS Certification obtained through American Heart or Red Cross Program.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, normal bending, reaching, stooping; standing and sitting for long periods; quick movement in emergencies (within 4 minutes); normal hearing and vision, with corrective appliances if necessary.
• Security Clearance by the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice.
