Key Responsibilities:

• Emergency & Critical Care Track
• Units: Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Cardiac ICU, Neonatal ICU (NICU)
• For the nurse who: Thrives under pressure, makes rapid assessments, and provides lifesaving interventions. You are adaptable, decisive, and passionate about caring for the most acute patients.
• Schedules: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN across various shifts.
• Acute Care / Telemetry Track
• Units: Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Unit, Medical-Surgical, Step-Down Units
• For the nurse who: Excels at managing complex patient conditions, monitoring critical trends, and building strong therapeutic relationships. You are detail-oriented, a skilled communicator, and provide expert care for patients on the road to recovery.
• Schedules: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN across various shifts.
• Surgical Services Track
• Units: Operating Room (OR), Perioperative Services, PACU, Pre-Op

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or Diploma required; BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Current RN License in Georgia or a Multi-State Compact License.
• Certification: Current BLS certification required upon hire. ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy Competency, or other specialty certifications are required or highly preferred for specific tracks (e.g., ICU, ED, NICU, Oncology, Dialysis).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience is required for most positions. Experience in the relevant specialty area is strongly preferred. New graduates are encouraged to inquire about designated residency positions.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
