Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / ENT (7 South)

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse – Med Surg (ENT) , you’ll be an integral part of a dedicated care team delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You’ll ensure each patient’s journey—from admission to recovery—is safe, compassionate, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, providers, and the care team
• Advocate for patients and ensure a positive, supportive experience
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care with precision and empathy
• Participate in shared governance, quality improvement, and clinical initiatives
• Support and mentor peers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• Licensure: Active RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact)
• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association required)
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
