Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / ENT (7 South)
Augusta, GA | Full-Time | Night Shift
$33/hr – $59/hr (Negotiable Based on Experience)

Your Role
As a Registered Nurse – Med Surg (ENT) , you’ll be an integral part of a dedicated care team delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You’ll ensure each patient’s journey—from admission to recovery—is safe, compassionate, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, providers, and the care team
- Advocate for patients and ensure a positive, supportive experience
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care with precision and empathy
- Participate in shared governance, quality improvement, and clinical initiatives
- Support and mentor peers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- Licensure: Active RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact)
- Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association required)
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
