Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical Unit

Location: Augusta, Georgia
Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and ensure safe and effective nursing practices in a fast-paced acute care environment.

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards and hospital policies.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and monitor progress.
• Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, safety, and discharge instructions.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and lead care interventions as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum 1 year Med-Surg or Acute Care nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment.
