Gentle Care Home Services is a small business in Augusta, GA. We are inclusive, professional, social and our goal is to provide professional care to our clients with a happy and loyal staff.
We are looking for a LPN that will regularly assesses the needs of clients receiving nursing services. We are a Private-in-Home Care for children with a medical condition and diagnosed with special needs. Position will start as Part‑Time. Looking for availability on Friday, Saturday & Sunday a must.
Qualifications- Georgia LPN License
- Clean criminal background check
- Negative TB test
- One to one patient care in a home environment
- Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
- Patient assessments, coordination of care
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
