• Complete timely and accurate inventory counts.
• Assist in meeting all goals related to cycle counts and assist in developing corrective actions when goals are not met.
• Communicate with Team Leaders and Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure understanding of inventory levels.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects related to cycle counts based on completed Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Understand and initiate compliance with all established company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required
• Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  0-2 years of experience in warehousing and/or cycle count
• Software knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
