The Assembly Technician is responsible forthe assembly aspect of all hose assemblies with GENSA production facility. This role will cover all aspects of building the assembly (un-crating, cutting, skiving, swaging, crimping, testing,packaging, andetc.).Overtime eligible, will be placed on anon call rotation.

• Must be able to assemble product per customer requirements/specs and prepare it for final QA/QC inspection- this can include un-crating product, cutting product to required length, skiving raw hose, swaging/crimping, hydrostatic testing the assembly, cleaning the assembly, packaging the assembly into final shipping container, and other functions as needed.
• Read and build pick ticket (BOM - bill of material) to work order - cross reference all materials prior to build.
• Assist QA/QC technician in final inspection
• Ability to war all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume production environment
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Takes initiative and is self-motivated
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Gas/Oil experience preferred
• Previous Flexible Hose Assembly experience preferred
