General Labor Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to supervise product flow processes in a dynamic work environment. This role involves overseeing the movement of products from silos into bags, ensuring the bags are properly tied, and managing their relocation to the warehouse using sit down propane material handling equipment.

• Supervise the product flow from silos into bags and ensure the tops of the bags are securely tied.
• Relocate bags to the warehouse using sit down, propane-powered material handling equipment.
• Perform manual bag tying as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain the cleanliness of the work area.

• Experience in general labor and production environments.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to perform packing, assembly, and packaging tasks.
• Familiarity with loading and unloading processes.
• Experience with forklift operation and material handling.

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
• Previous construction experience is a plus.

The position operates on a Dupont Schedule
, which includes 12-hour rotating shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM
. The schedule is as follows: 4 days on first shift (Monday to Thursday), followed by 7 days off, then 4 nights, 3 days off, 3 shifts on days, and 4 days off. This allows for flexibility and extended periods of rest.

This is a Contract position based out of Augusta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
