Position Overview:
The Leidos Defense Sector is seeking a Facilities Manager to support our Warfighter program. As the Facilities Manager you will provide comprehensive facilities, logistics, and security support to the CECOM C5
ISR Product Support team. Operating with minimal supervision, this role ensures the readiness, functionality, and accountability of facilities, equipment, and training spaces that support Army modernization efforts. The position requires strong coordination across government stakeholders, vendors, and internal functional areas.
Primary Responsibilities
Facilities Management & Maintenance
- Serve as the Facilities Manager for the Force Modernization Division, overseeing facility operations, property accountability, maintenance, and supply management across all classes.
- Assess facility conditions, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
- Perform routine building repairs and coordinate additional maintenance as needed.
Security & Building Oversight
- Maintain general building and grounds security, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Training & Classroom Support
- Work closely with the Government Project GTL to ensure all classroom spaces are properly configured, operational, and ready to support training activities.
Logistics Coordination
- Collaborate with training, operations, procurement, and financial management teams to support logistical program requirements.
- Coordinate actions and information flow between CECOM, Army Materiel Command (AMC), and other government agencies.
- Track and report the status of supplies, equipment, and shipments associated with approved Purchase Requests.
- Assist the Government Logistics Specialist with managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Managed Equipment (CME).
- Serve as a liaison between vendors and government logistics/procurement personnel to ensure timely and accurate support.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities management
- U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Confident decision‑making abilities and sound judgment
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
- Proven project and time management capabilities, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Basic IT knowledge preferred

Pay Range $45,500.00 - $82,250.00
