General Manager (GM) at Title Max in Augusta, GA. As the driving force behind the store’s success, you’ll manage daily operations and lead your Initialise team to grow revenue, uphold compliance, and build brand loyalty through world-class customer service.   • Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
  • Coach and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth.
  • Lead local marketing initiatives, business‑to‑business partnerships, referrals, events, and community engagement.
  • Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications, assess risk within established limits.
  • Enforce quality standards, procedures, and state and local laws; participate in audits and compliance reviews.
  • Supervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention; verify and document cash variances.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties.
  • Participate in hiring, review and retention of new employees.
  • Develop staff schedules based on budget, workload, and store needs.
  • Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
  • Maintain store appearance and schedule maintenance services; oversee visual merchandising.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Maintain a full‑time work schedule with in‑person attendance, including weekends.

Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
