Wilson Family YMCA Part‑Time Maintenance Associate
The Wilson Family YMCA is seeking a dependable, skilled Part‑Time Maintenance Associate to help maintain a safe and welcoming facility for our members and community.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical issues
- Repair fixtures, lighting, doors, and equipment
- Maintain grounds and facility spaces
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Follow safety procedures and uphold YMCA values
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- 3–5 years maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
Certifications (CPR/AED, First Aid, BBP) required within 45 days of hire.
