Open Positions: Custodial Technician – $19.57/hour
Minimum Qualifications- One year prior experience in custodial work preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
- Ability to report and record maintenance requests.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
- Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.
- Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire).
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire).
- Monday - Friday 7 am - 3pm (with possibility of weekend flexibility).
