JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for carrying out carpentry/painting works in the guest rooms, public areas, offices and restaurant.
• Attend to the repairs of the castor wheels for the divan in the guest rooms. Attend to the repairs and installation of the bath towel racks in the guest rooms.
• Assist in repairing water pipe leakage as and when necessary.
• Handle minor electrical work.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

• Possess at least a ITE Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Maintenance
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel industry or related field
• Able to communicate in simple English
• Able to work independently
• Good team player
• Work well under pressure
