Job OverviewWe are seeking aProfessional Post-Sale Coordinator to serve as the polished, reliable bridge between completed sales and long-term client success. This role requires a forward-thinking expert who can navigate the technical setup of digital assets while maintaining a high standard of business etiquette. The ideal candidate combines base SEO knowledge with a disciplined approach to customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and every digital profile is optimized for excellence.
This is a hybrid role, in the office 3 days a week.
- Professional Client Onboarding:
Lead the technical setup of end-user profiles with uncompromising integrity, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with modern privacy standards. - Forward-Thinking Customer Service:
Act as the primary, polished point of contact post-sale. Use emotional intelligence to resolve inquiries and proactively identify potential journey bottlenecks. - SEO & Digital Marketing Support:
Implement foundational SEO best practices—such as keyword-rich metadata and site health checks—to ensure client-facing digital assets maintain a professional and authoritative presence. - Polished Communication:
Maintain a professional and courteous manner across all channels (email, phone, video), ensuring complex digital marketing concepts are explained clearly to non-marketing stakeholders. - Data-Driven Reporting:
Track and report on post-sale KPIs, using insights to suggest workflow improvements that enhance team efficiency and client retention.
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional Demeanor:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining a mature, polished behavior when representing the company. - Detail-Oriented & Disciplined: A proven track record of managing complex technical profiles and digital marketing tasks with high accuracy and follow-through.
- Digital Marketing & SEO Savvy:
Base-level knowledge of search engine optimization and experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., GA4, email automation, or CRM platforms). - Forward-Thinking Mindset:
Ability to anticipate client needs and adapt quickly to shifting digital trends or technology changes. - Commitment to Excellence:
Takes full ownership of their work quality and maintains high professional standards with minimal supervision. - Experience:
[1-3] years of experience in customer success, digital support, or a professional administrative role. - Collaboration Specialist:
High proficiency in Microsoft Teams, including experience with Channels, integrated Apps, and managing professional virtual meetings. - Flexible Support:
Provide "as-needed" assistance for special projects or overflow tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the post-sale ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
