Maintain the lifecycle of software applications with a focus on compliance and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners to onboard applications‑into the environment
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain necessary documentation
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking current activities and updating management
• Ensure application security and compliance through coordination with external vendor contacts

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Proven experience in projects related to IT operations and insurance servicing within an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Experience in regulatory compliance within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with software application lifecycle management
• Additional certifications in project management or IT compliance
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects
