Overview

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple clients and competing priorities while executing strategies designed to position Textron as an“employer of choice”, to attract qualified talent, and to fill open positions.
  • Facilitate end-to-end selection process to include overseeing candidate interview processes, hiring leader consultation, offer consultation and negotiation, and pre-boarding for assigned business units.
  • Partner with other Talent Acquisition and Talent Field Specialists to assess and align qualified talent with appropriate positions and guide them through Textron’s hiring process.
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with key potential candidates and large-scale talent pools to deliver immediate short-term hiring needs and strategic long-term networks to be leveraged in the future.
  • Serve as project manager on identified projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Meet standard measurements of success for staffing, such as annual hiring and pipeline conversion goals.
  • Deliver a balance of quality and quantity in the candidate pipeline.
  • Understand, articulate, and sell TSV culture and business initiatives.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and regular check-ins with the Talent Field Team to understand the scope ofsupport and key priorities.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, communications, sales, marketing, or related discipline
  • Years of

    Experience:

    3 or more years of experience in talent acquisition including full-cycle client-facing experience
  • Software Knowledge:
    Microsoft Office suite, applicant tracking systems, knowledge of various methods of creative
  • Internet sourcing (e.g., blogs, social and professional networking sites, Advanced Boolean search logic, search modifiers,Internet mining techniques)
